After some 45 years of international business experience with about half of this as a CEO, I worked with other senior executives as a professional business-mentor. Started in banking then spent 20 years in international arts administration and was Executive Producer of the NSW Bicentenary Arts and Entertainment Program. A few years in government public affairs followed then nearly 20 years in international tourism and the environment.For 15 years I worked with over Australian 100 Corporates - CEOs, board members and rising talent reporting into the 'C' suite. Assisted the Australian Institute of Company Directors to create the national Coach and Mentor Connect programs for company directors. As an AICD Fellow with an Order of Merit, I lectured and facilitated the Company Directors Course and escorted ASX100 directors AICD members on fact-finding missions into China. My business-mentor training manual is now well recognised for internal mentorship programs across government and enterprise. For a number of years, I was the lead mentor for the Melbourne Business School Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education and have affiliations with Blackswan and Fortune 100 as an international business-mentor. My goal is simple - add-value and to be there during difficult times.I was Chair of Tourism Noosa for several years when the brand value reached $780m accessing experience gained in a twenty-year career in tourism covering transport, events, conferences, administration of tourism membership organisations and various roles in regional and state authorities including master plan work for NSW Treasury and the Federal government. Served as inaugural Chair to establish the UNESCO designated Noosa Biosphere Reserve.
