Scaled the product management team, and I carried the responsibility for all the product management activities. I was responsible for smart cane hardware (a personal mobility and safety device with BLE connectivity) and its companion app (which later became an independent product as a super-app of mobility)My first 2-year focus was on project management activities and hardware, and the following chapter was focused more on mobile product growth and scaling our digital solutions. My responsibilities include;- Roadmap Planning and Multiple-Party Integration Projects- Product Discovery & Delivery- Managing Embedded Development and Mobile Development Processes- Validating and Iterating Product Concepts- Competitive Intelligence, Post-market Followup- Quality Management Processes- Structuring SOPs and Implementing product culture from Design to QA- Regulatory Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, QMS SOPsPlus;- Implementing Agile Routines; Kanban, Scrum (and Waterfall&Kanban Combined Routines with external parties)- Managing P&L for Product and Projects- Managing IP Assets of the Products and R&D Projects

My Dream Companion is an award-winning super-app for the visually impaired. It provides audio content, the latest news, a high-tech audio description that recognizes the scenes of the movie and provides a description, and more.I was responsible for;- The ownership of IVR, Mobile, and Web Apps- Maintaining product development routines as a product owner- Determining functional and technical requirements- Maintaining IT operations and managing system administration- Building and performing product backlog- Developing process automation- Internal tool management- Supporting operational excellence through internal tool development and I had KPIs under operational excellence targetsDuring my product owner role, we earned GSMA and Meffys awards. We're also honored by our colleagues' "MIT Innovators Under 35" and "Forbes 30 Under 30" awards while developing this project.
