Through proprietary telemedicine software, and directly shipped medications, food and supplements, we empower pet parents to take a proactive role in managing their pet's health.• Founding leadership member that helped define Fuzzy’s partnership playbook; managed, trained, and motivated a team of 3 account managers to expand total portfolio of 30+ accounts through thoughtful, growth-focused leadership• Consulted, educated, strategized, and successfully signed multiple new partnerships during a hyper-growth phase at a pet health startup• Closed competitive partnership deal with national, household chain serving their network of 300k associates and 20M+ customers. Accountabilities included strategy development, offers & promotions, setting and achieving KPI’s, customer experience innovation, data analysis, UX/personalization/AB testing, new user acquisition, and revenue growth drivers• Facilitated go-to-market partnership integration with JetBlue and launched experiential partnership activations to drive meaningful membership acquisition.
