I’m responsible for the architecture and construction of the company’s business system in Yixiaoneng. Since I was employed by Yixiaoneng, I have structured data scattered everywhere from 2015 to 2018, and constructed a self-owned IT system of Yixiaoneng based on my technical background in big data marketing, providing support and guarantee for marketing automation and digitalization. Projects under progress include:- Automatic Marketing System (from December 2018 to present): This system can assistservice personnel in marketing decision-making; in combination with accumulated user data and user behaviors, recommended marketing algorithms are designed, customers are scored and labeled, and target customers are screened. This system applies Magic Link System to track effects of landing page, and the architectural thinking of Integration Platform for Reports with Multiple Data Sources to integrate multiple data sources. Based on Dynamic QR Code Generation System, the Company’s Contact QR System is developed. This system received 199,379 customers in 2020 with an revenue of RMB 47 million.- Log Analysis Service (from December 2019 to March 2020): We can obtain more data on user-related behaviors based on log analysis. This project is a specific application of HDFS-based Log Processing Engine.- Earlier (tentative name, from November 2020 to present): It is an app designed to enable users to clock in, practice their plans and develop habits. This app is also one of the important means of customer acquisition. The core service of this app is WeChat-based in-depth upgrade via Processing Platform for Distributed Event Message.

This company mainly researches and develops relevant technologies or products of intelligent home, intelligent office and industry automation. In 2015, I became the Technical Partner of this company through the technology investment of IoT Data Collection and Analysis Platform; then, I reached a long-term strategic cooperation with Beijing Yummysoft Technology Co., Ltd. through the independent research and development of Processing Platform for Distributed Event Message and Content Delivery Engine. The representative projects of this company are as follows:- Yummysoft Intelligent Home AI+IoT Online Platform (2015-2018): It can identify the user’s actions and voices online, send instructions to terminal equipment, learn the user’s daily behavior, offer suggestions to the user, and encrypt user data.- Customer Management System (July 2018 – March 2019): It integrated CRM and collection to realize customer management, it also integrated Aggregate Collection Platform developed by myself to realize rapid payment through WeChat, Alipay and China UnionPay, rapid payment through PayPal or Stripe overseas, as well as automatic withdrawal to designated accounts.- Yummysoft Motion Control Kit (2018 – present): This product is a solution for large screen projection + motion control led by Beijing Yummysoft Technology Co., Ltd. Fengdelin is the partner of cloud computing and big data. I developed the Content Delivery Engine for this solution independently to provide customizable resources for different screen projection scenarios.- Underground Palace of Game For Peace (2020 – present): This project is a live-action game authorized by Game For Peace of Tencent. Beijing Yummysoft Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the networking control and protocol customization of game levels. In this project, Content Delivery Engine was used to distribute the theme scripts, audio, video and other resources.

Parllay, also known as Huying Network, was acquired by Bejing Shi Shang Guang Hui Advertising Co Ltd.(2017), iClick (NASDAQ: ICLK, 2021), was mainly engaged in the R&D of automatic marketing platform based on WeChat Official Account. Our product is used to analyze the follower data of Party A’s official account for Party A, including user portrait and user behavior, and provide Party A with marketing delivery demands based on Party A’s marketing demand and data structure. The workflow I developed later can customize trigger and trigger actions like IFTTT. Typical projects I have been responsible for are as follows:- Report Analysis Service (2017): Support customers to customize the query of data withmultiple dimensions and granularities, provide a platform for data conversion and integration, and integrate a variety of backend data sources, such as MySQL, ElasticSearch, Druid, HBase, to the Web side and display them in the form of report. This project was the specific application scenario of the copyright of Integration Platform for Reports with Multiple Data Sources.- Tracking Service (2017): This service was used to track click effects of different terminals (landing pages) to perform inbound marketing for different groups. The solution of Magic Link System was adopted in this project.- Workflow System (2018): Customer can set up complex marketing scenarios, which consist of multiple triggers and actions and support logical judgments. For example, customer can set to send “Article A” (action) for “women” (condition) “aged 21-35” (condition) who “follow the official account” (trigger), and send “Article B” (action) for women “aged 36-50” (condition). This project was the combined application of Event-triggered Business Workflow System and Server Bootstrapping and Task Distribution System Based on Timing-wheel Algorithm. The workflow system was the strategic product for the company’s business development. The data connection with Hubspot was realized by it.

This company is a company that I co-founded in 2012. At that time, the concept of IoT was quite popular, intelligent home and intelligent device began to rise, especially wearable devices. Therefore, I developed a set of products by combining my IoT and bid data background. The hardware design was completed by the professors and doctoral students of Tsinghua University. In the early stage, I participated in the preparation of protocol layer, construction of background, as well as the design and development of software and app. Then, I participated in the multiple rounds of financing negotiations and acquisition negotiations. In the end, the company was acquired by Beijing Button Advertising Media Co. Ltd in 2014.The products developed by the company are as follows:- Design a 0.9cm * 0.9cm dual 2.4GHz module with Tsinghua Team, which supports themutual conversion of Wi-Fi and Zigbee. Obtain the national patent (patent number:2013206963371). Develop the IoT Data Collection and Analysis Platform at the sametime.- Develop the O2O Service Management System Based on LBS and obtain the copyright. Because of this project, the company was acquired by Beijing Button Advertising Media Co. Ltd.

The company was the leading company in the field of Internet advertising and marketing in China at the time. The founder of this company was the head of Microsoft’s Online Department, so we maintained close cooperation with Microsoft. Soon after I joined the company, I was assigned to the Microsoft’s Online Department to be responsible for the development of some outsourcing projects, and I was dispatched to the MAS Team at Microsoft Headquarters for a long time to be responsible for project communication. The representative projects of this company are as follows:- adSage Excel add-in: SEM intelligent tool developed for Microsoft. At the 2008 ODCConference, Bill Gates introduced adSage Excel add-in (adCenter Add-in) with VicePresident of Microsoft and demonstrated the application personally.- Lighthouse: It is a report system developed for the Microsoft’s Marketing Team as a customized version of adSage Excel add-in. It can integrate multiple data sources within Microsoft and present them to the Marketing Team in the form of reports. In this project, I explored various non-relational databases deeply, which provided me with the initial technical ideas for the R&D of Integration Platform for Reports with Multiple Data Sources. - Talko: This is the startup project of Ray Ozzie, a former Chief Architect of Microsoft,who used to be the Backend Core Development Engineer in the early stage of this product. Talko was finally repurchased by Microsoft
