I developed a quoting system specifically for Tapping industry with location-based item grouping and custom margin adjustments per salesperson. This system tracks quote version history, and each quote can be reverted to an estimate for modifications. Upon final approval, quotes convert into jobs, with integrations to Sage/QuickBooks that ensure data synchronization across all updates. Custom setups for sales personnel, cities, companies, terms, locations, and bulk imports allow for flexible administration.I have led data migration and synchronization projects integrating platforms like Google Cloud and Box. This work begins with a thorough audit and user mapping on the source platform, followed by migration to the destination system. Post-migration, I oversee permission reviews, ensuring accurate access on the destination end, and provide comprehensive reports detailing migration history and user role assignments.Additionally, I built a Patient Referral system enabling users to search for specialists by category and view doctor profiles with options to save favorites, send referrals, and schedule appointments. The directory supports both list and map views for convenience, with pinned doctor locations for easy reference. Referral details are recorded in a dedicated history section, complete with patient profiles, making it easy to track patient-doctor interactions.
