1. ERP System Management (Oracle Netsuite)- Collaborate with vendors and various departments to create comprehensive questionnaires for business surveys.- Facilitate and coordinate system surveys with partners and departments, managing meeting schedules, recording information, and clarifying problem content.- Provide support to vendors in designing forms, tables, reports, and interfaces, and assist in E-invoice and bank integration.- Develop customized dashboards, reports, and software solutions directly interacting with the ERP database to meet organizational needs.- Support end-users for troubleshooting ERP system-related problems.2. IT Infrastructure Support:- Coordinate with the Internal Audit department to conduct IT Governance & IT Security audits.- Plan, conduct, oversee, and report on IT Governance & IT Security Audit activities to meet the requirements of Headquarters in Japan.3. Collaboration and Project Completion- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless completion of joint work within the company.

+ Responsible for ensuring the correctness and timeliness of data input into the ERP system, as well as other systems integrated with the ERP (Epicor).
