About Michael Iminski

I am a Business School Graduate with a history academically, in sports and extracurriculars alike, as well as in the workplace (since age 14 as a golf caddie) , of performing well in crucial situations. I possess the ability and desire to work hard and am extremely self motivated. Oftentimes I also respond well to being challenged and other types of motivation apart from my own personal intent and desire to succeed. With those and other contributing factors, more often than not, I accomplish much more than what is expected of me. I intend to utilize any and all of my relevant transferable skills from previous work experience, leadership skills acquired from athletics, apprenticeships, my vast educational background, and most notably from wisdom passed on to me from experienced mentors to exceed expectations in the workplace while continuing personal growth and advancing within a company. LISTENER , LEARNER , TEACHERI intend to grow and learn from challenges met with each new learning experience focusing on improvements to be made toward progressing not only in the workplace, also as an individual, in relationships, business and personal, and even transferring those learning opportunities over to improve my home and family life. I fully intend to be learning from every single new experience that I encounter, and benefiting not just the companies that I work for, but everyone that I come in contact with throughout the entire length of my career, and quite possibly even thereafter. LEADER , MOTIVATOR , CLUTCH-PERFORMER I have an attitude tailored for healthy competition while seeking success which stems from not only my education and experience, but also from my time spent in organized competitive sports. This helped to foster my leadership qualities while grooming me to become the inspired, charismatic leader that can bring out and mold the best qualities that a team working and learning together can have.KNOWLEDGEABLE, DEDICATED, TALENTED With my educational background, extensive work history and travels, there is a unique perspective that I can provide, I believe, which would be beneficial to nearly any company and their management team. To get to the point… I play hard. I work harder. Sometimes two (even 3) jobs , school, and sports simultaneously. I , at times, have been told that I seem to be thought of as arrogant… yet I disagree with those that have that opinion. Overconfidence is not arrogance. If you can do the things others think you can't then that's just confidence, without the over.
