• Develop strategies to assist in addressing sales gaps and achieving sales objectives i.e. Consumer & Trade Promotions, POS & Sales materials.
• Manage Trade Marketing budget, distribution activities & promotion claims and approval process & payments. Working with finance to monitor spending against budget/forecast.
• Collaborate with Supplier, Supply Chain, Demand & Planning and Channel Managers for the idea generation, planning, forecasting and implementation of all trade activities and promotions.
• Develop a yearly promotional plan on brand & SKU level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.
• Drive and direct new product launch and trade promotions.
• Liaise with Demand & Planning and Channel Managers to manage and develop strategies to reduce the ageing & close expiry stocks in the market and warehouse.

• Prepare and timely submit Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports – Sales / Inventory / Coverage / In Market Stock / Promo Allocation / Commissions / After Sales Returns / Listing Trackers.
• Planning and Implementing incremental sales based shopper events and campaigns for different channels in the trade (Key Accounts, Co-ops, Wholesale etc.).
• Monthly planning of central & local activities by outlet & salesmen.
• Briefing and coordinating closely with the advertising agency on creativity and communication required for the local campaigns and events.
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post-campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
• Support sales team for any materials and POS management & requirements.

• Maintain a master item list for the assigned portfolio/products including list price and retail price across different channels.
• Execute and roll out the available POS materials across different channels.
• Working closely with salesforce across various channels to increase the company's brand recognition and product exposure.
• Support the development and execution of marketing activities with required POS and off-shelf displays in the trade.
• Providing product positioning materials as well as training for merchandising and sales teams.
