Supported Copy, Design, Photography & Licensor approval workflows for marketing asset creation.Responsible for creative request coordination, planning, and delivery.Duties include workflow auditing & optimization, DAM support, and elevating project management within the Marketing division.***Highlights include: -I revamped Funko's Asana creative ticketing system, reset how they PM Marketing campaigns within the platform, & on-boarded dozens of new users-Started a daily Triage call for intake with our production team & submitters-Established the creative marketing team's first monthly reporting framework-Created several new interesting data points to help capture ticket lifecycle, effort levels, waste, and other exciting KPI metrics-Defined clear SLA terms based on the actual data-Setup a factory photography pipeline in Asia, including studio coaching & developing best practices-Vetted 3rd party post production vendors for off shore support to compliment domestic efforts & improve production cadence.
