In 2015, I considered launching a CPG brand. After looking at a few categories, it became obvious the world didn't need more product--it needed more pros who knew how to sell product at scale.So I packaged up all the experience I gained from scaling another brand with my brother (30+ countries, national retail, Ops, Finance, DTC, and Amazon) and launched Genesis.Amazon was a lot simpler then but brands still needed help managing it the right way (maximizing growth while also growing other channels).
