As Operations Manager, my role is all about the administrative and operational functions at The Talent Experts Consulting- handling an array of responsibilities vital to the smooth running and evolution of our business.

I search top quality professionals in the Assurance industry, that are interested in gaining international experience. My focus is to support our Talent Managers with any role where they need assistance in finding top talent for our international clients.

I was involved in everything digital & systems related.... from book-keeping, budgeting, project management, implementing new processes, training, website administration & general office administration.I assisted with ensuring that all things run smoothly and in that way increase their sales. I was responsible for ensuring that effective processes are in place, focusing on anything that will take the successes of the company even further.

It was all about searching the really hard-to-find candidates in Australia...I did some Application Testing too, but my main function was searching.

My role was all about searching and finding the perfect candidates that match the jobs that we were working on, focusing mainly on the Digital Industry. I did however search those niche developers from time to time. My searching spans across South Africa & Australia...I also LOVED anything that had to do with our internal recruitment systems... training, testing, improving the functionality - you name it & I was there. I'm analytical by nature and finding the bugs that stop systems from working is one of my favourite things to do:)Part of this was also to show others how to use the systems to the fullest so I got involved in training users on how to make the most of it and every functionality available to them.

I am meticulous and aim to make sure everything is done properly. I will not let go until I find a solution to a problem. I love working in a team environment where my contributions are appreciated and where my input matters! In addition to this I assist on the client account management side, I conduct systems training and ensure the success of using LinkedIn Recruiter usage within the Group.Being part of a successful team or a team that strives to be the best, is one of the things that drives me to be even better at what I do!

My searching spanned across South Africa & Australia...I also led a team of 'surfers' that I mentor in doing the same, ie using the perfect searches to find the right candidate.

I did numerous things during this time - some of them being the following:- Systems training - after launching a new system to numerous clients, I went out to train them & show them the functionality of this system- Administration - just some general administration for talentCRU.- Project coordination- Searching expert - searching the web for suitable candidates in order to place them with our clients.- Mentoring - guiding, mentoring and training any new 'surfers' (searchers) that came on board during this time
