Handling BAN area with team of 10 SAs and management of operations of the full team which included - getting in sales order from the team members, service delivery, after sales service and finally customer retention. Primary responsibilities being getting in sales order from assigned BAN and LCO area, on time service delivery and attending customer grievances. Achieving monthly target of 60 CAFs.

Selling Airtel postpaid and prepaid connections in the assigned area and achieving daily target of 20 connections. Capturing as many corporate offices as can by selling postpaid connections, completing proper documentation and timely activation were my responsibilities.
