As a Junior Engineer at JSW Steel, I am responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Bar Rod Mill-2, a critical unit for the production of high-quality steel products. I apply my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and my skills in project commissioning and control to ensure the optimal performance of the mill, following the safety and quality standards of the company.In my role, such as the installation of new equipment, the upgrade of existing systems, and the automation of processes. I have also supported the team in achieving the targets of production, efficiency, and cost reduction, by monitoring and controlling the key parameters of the mill, troubleshooting any issues, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to learn and grow as an engineer in the steel industry, and I aspire to become a leader and an expert in this domain.
