Further, the division is executing multiple EPC projects for Bio-CNG plants, FGD and refinery process units. The division has been market leader in India for over 2 decades and has also executed multiple projects in South East Asia, the Middle East, SAARC and Africa.

Joined as a Technical Recruiter and gradually also worked for BFSI Sector. Work involved:•Talent Acquisition & Client Servicing,Client Interface for mandates.• Exploring the Market & using expertise to source the candidate.• Responsible for identifying/ sourcing & developing pool of candidates for clients positions assigned.• Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. • Effectively engage with clients SPOCs and recruitment teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability

Based on my background in technology and the last stint in manufacturing, I joined Techno Code as they were into providing I.T. solutions to multiple firms (including manufacturing). Developed business of Techno Code through client visits and by planning and laying appropriate strategies for marketing. Followed all the timelines and deadlines in order to complete the deliverable. Cracked CDAC examination while working and went for further education.

A stint for a span of six months where the major responsibility was to manage this Small Scale Factory. Work involved building a team of engineers, admin staff, sales professionals to ensure smooth functioning of the factory. Resolved some labour conflicts. Also looked after the I.T. Infrastructure of the factory.
