My passion is facilitating change so individuals, teams, and systems can achieve their potential. From addressing the emotions of major life transitions - feeling anxious, depressed, afraid, angry, grieving - to developing the interpersonal skills needed to navigate and be successful in personal and professional relationships, my process draws from a variety of therapeutic and coaching approaches to ease suffering, increase coping, and enhance quality of life. I specialize in assessing the whole within broader networks and environments so that their strengths and the levers for change become clearer. We then partner together in creating goals which lead toward greater understanding, healing, and transformation. For both individuals and teams, this process is personal and dynamic. My previous operations and consulting experience with businesses and organizations in the private and public sectors (higher education, technology, non-profit, early stage internet and software technologies, marketing research, database research, online media and other market areas) provides a “real life” perspective that clients find invaluable. I am open to referrals for clients age 13+ and provide a free 15-minute consultation via phone or video. As licensed psychoanalyst and therapist, I provide mental health counseling to individuals. Please see my profile on Psychology Today for full details and to schedule a free virtual consultation.https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/linda-ryan-pleasantville-ny/1014181
