Contact Centre AssociateWebhelp Sep 2023 - Jan 2024Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaIt was a contractual basis job in which I was working as contact centre associate in a UK based process named Yodel.I would like to give you more information about the work responsibility the job responsibility I had while I was working with Yodel so that kind of issues I used to care of divide into 3 parts:- Order, Product and delivery so anything any issue related to order whether its about confirming the order, cancel the order or placing the order so the customer used to contact us via chat for that and when comes to the product the product was defective they want to exchange the product they unlike it they want to return and get refund for that used to take care of that as well and apart from this we need to take care of delivery issues customer had an issue with delivery agent or a product was not delivered or it was delivered late we used to take care of those issues via chat.As I mentioned above it was a contractual basis job and I did not have any other options.I left organization and to be very honest I would say I have learnt lot of things over there. The environment was good the organization was good the management was good so I did not want to left the organization but unfortunately they did not have any other process at that moment. So unfortunately I need to leave the organization. -

Xiaomi tried to design their devices or software according to the Indian market.By joining Xiaomi as a volunteer, I understood what the contribution of smartphones and technology is to a country, for this work we members did not get any salary but from Xiaomi's side we got a lot of merchandise and Xiaomi always encouraged us to do better in future.
