• Compile, negotiate, manage and track SLA's/OLA's to obtain the optimal Service Delivery to MTN as per contractual obligations in Uganda, Swaziland, Zambia and South Sudan• Identify support requirements to guide the development of service level agreements • Translate agreed service level agreements to operational level agreements and underpinning contracts that are used in the delivery of services• Analyze performance metrics and make recommendations to assist in the development of service level agreements and improve service outcomes

Work closely with clients and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. Build an understanding of the clients' business at a level of detail to identify and address critical issues. Provide data that is accurate and reliable, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption or integration with other systems.
