I am a target-orientated graduate with history of assisting companies in developing and implementing updates to operating procedures, team engagement and organisation. I have a passion for problem solving and analytical thinking developed from working within multiple fast-paced projects. I have excellent communication skills and the proven ability of delivering results under pressure and prioritising tasks effectively. I am extremely hard working with eagerness to learn and grow within a company. I am currently working within the home office. My responsibilities include generating reports, quality checking cases, updating and implementing operating procedures, as well as training new starters and supporting colleagues as their point of contact. I also work cases which involves decision making.
