- In 90 days, me and my team designed an event called “Hunger Race” in 2023, a challenge-based event for 100 people to compete and finish the challenge around Jakarta. I was taking the role as the Vice-Leader, responsible for synchronizing every division, and supervising every timeline for every division, making sure everything goes as planned and also contribute in the ideation of every division's planning. Leading 45+ people.During this event I was also in charge as the social media lead. I managed to flip the engagement rate of our social media from less than 15% to 90% engagement rate from Instagram stories in 1 week.While on the event day I also create a same-day edit video for the event.------- Leading a team of 5 people to run a weekly sermon by preparing all of its media promotion through social media and also all creative visual needs during the sermon.- Taking part as the videographer for the sermon every week.------ Producing a Christmas short movie in 2022, leading a team of 5 peoplePreparing a production plan for the short movie.Handling every equipment that is necessary for the DoP and the director while taking the role as the videographer also.Doing the role of the art director, creating the set that is necessary to the storyline and meeting the needs of the DoP, while also preparing every part of the property that is needed for the production.
