***Promoted from Senior Repair Development Engineer to Principal Repair Development Engineer on Apr 2024.Work Description:• Manage the conceptualization, development, validation and implementation of new repair technologies.• Manage the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of capital equipment, turnkey solutions and ancillary fixtures/tooling for implementing new repair processes.• Implement and deliver new repairs by designing and fabricating repair fixtures/tooling, developing process parameters and validating repair set-up through FAIRs.• Provide technical assistance to all functional departments to meet business objectives.• Training new/junior engineers on FAIRs, MSA, GR&R, CMLs review etc.• Involve and lead machine improvement project with ARTC on automated blasting machine to improve production touch time.• Project management/planning with local and/or overseas vendors to maintain smooth project flow between SAESL and vendors to minimize operation disruption.• Lead establishment of new machine from tender, project management, FAT, utilities work, SAT and commissioning. • Involvement of SAESL 4.0, consist of setting up of new production lines and machines acquisition.

• Provide Engineering support to Operation.• Perform daily technical review & disposition to ensure parts confirm to the OEM requirements• Provide technical troubleshoot efforts, optimization and debottlenecking studies, review and explain data generated within reason, and work cross functionally to deliver sound solutions• Interface with Rolls-Royce and other OEM to identify improvement opportunities, provide guidance on success factors and research and development efforts.• Responsible for MSA/FAIR on specific product for technical change on repair scheme.• Liaise with OEM on technical issues/queries and raise Technical Variance to OEM as require.• Review any updated engine manual / overhaul processes/ standard practice manual revision and ensure that relevant compliance of all instructions relevant specifically to product.• Responsible for process improvement projects.• Lead the design and fabrication of OEM and non-OEM tooling /fixtures /inspection gages required for the existing product and process.• Conduct Legacy engine type FAIRs/ FPA/ MSA/ Production Readiness required for improvement/ changes to existing/ new repairs

• Taking the Lead for RR Repair & Development projects and operations issues.• Lead daily Link call discussion on project/production coordination, clarification and updates.• Conducting FAIRs, CML review & MSA per agreed measurement method.• Review & amend of existing Traveller, Operation sheets, SOPs, IRMS to be in line with RR standards. • Creating of new Traveller, Operation sheets & IRMS for new repairs.• Provide engineering support by performing daily technical review on parts and creating of TV reports.• Creating of NCR for parts rework/work instructions per repair TVs.• Carry out process trials to obtain suitable working parameters for existing/new repairs. • Guide & mentor engineers on CML reviewing, MSA & FAIRs matters.• Provide training to operations on new repairs.• Involvement in RR FAIR and process audits.. Work Description:• Repair and overhaul engine & engine modules which include packaging, teardown, bore scope inspection, assembly and rotor balancing of the APS3200 engine.• To perform visual inspection to identify defective parts before assembly of the engine. • Use of measuring tools to ensure the right shims are used for grinding. • FOD champion of the team and constantly advocating quality vigilance for every task completed. • To update engine progression during daily production meeting.• Planning on engine build to meet targeted TAT. Work Description:• Repair, overhaul, trouble shooting and testing of aircraft thermostats and valves via CMM and ordering of required spares via IPC. • To perform disassembly, cleaning and assembly of components.• To carry out modifications of components as stated in to CMM which includes drilling and grinding procedures.
