• Identifying QA/QC deliverable's of the project in conjunction with contracts, specification, and authority requirements.• Develop and tailor the Project Quality Management System (QMS) i.e. Quality Plans, ITP’s, Method Statements, Reports, etc., as required by the project.• Liaise with Project Manager for implementation of PQP at the site.• Monitoring the effectiveness of the project QMS by preparing KPI reports and recommend improvements.Quality Assurance & Performance• Review and approve Subcontractors PQP system, is in line with our company PQP and the Contract Specifications.• Review all quality related documents to confirm their compliance with the Specification, contract requirement, and QA/QC procedures before sending to the consultant for approval.• Responding to Subcontractor’s queries related to QA/QC matters.• Ensure that all documents issued to the site are approved in their current status.• Perform internal audits for the company, the second party audits on subcontractors & participate in Client audit at the project site and ensure closure of audit findings.• Assure Quality compliance of work at each stage of the projects.• Handle all QA/QC Inspection activities including day to day planning, organize Inspection, and testing activities on site, liaise with Client / Consultant for inspection to clear off complaints.• Liaise with all parties (Consultant/Subcontractor/Suppliers/3rd party testing agencies) for compliance of QA/QC requirement.• Overseeing of all QA/QC Records as per project requirements.• Ensure all closeout documents are completed, approved and prepare the QC Dossier for closeout and turnover of the project to Client.• Attend Site quality meetings of Client / Consultants with project team and Subcontractors.• Ensure Corrective action are taken in a timely manner• Make a note of the lesson learned and update the information to the Group Quality Manager.

• Identifying QA/QC requirements for projects in conjunction with construction and QA/QC Team.• Preparing project quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), and quality management plans.• Responsible for managing and training to QA/QC team as to understand and deliver their QA/QC responsibilities as per Project Quality Plan, procedures, contract requirements and project specifications.• Submitting and undertake timely action on all project materials and technical documents to the Client/Consultant and Follow up for their approval. • Liaising with the inspection teams of Client/ Consultant to clear off complaints.• Regular preparation & submission for approval of QC test reports.• Responding to Sub Contractor’s queries related to QA/QC matters.• Reviewing & approving corrective / preventive follow-up actions in order to satisfy the project quality need.• Liaising with Client & Consultants for QA/QC matters & coordinating with third party inspection agencies.• Attending the trial mixes for the concrete, third party laboratory test witnessing with the Client/Consultant.• Attend Weekly QA/QC meeting with consultant, Client, site team and sub contractors.• Attending the factory inspection with Client/Consultant.

• Investigated site for canal alignment along the contour for balanced depth of cut, took longitudinal sections, cross section levels, & curved settings using total station and auto level.• Designed canal section for the given discharge as specified by project requirements.• Liaised regularly with Clients and staff to draw canal cross sections using AutoCAD & Volcal & calculated land acquisition & earthwork volumes.• Prepared material quantities take-off and continually inspected quality of work on-site.• Ensured all incoming materials met specifications• Handled laboratory testing of soils & concrete prior to use as per BIS codes.
