Nathan Flores joined Edge Research in December 2021 to lead the firm’s Field and Business Operations. In his role at Edge, he works with Analyst, Field, and Programming teams to ensure our qualitative and quantitative data collection efforts meet the highest standards, are cost effective, and adhere to the best practices in our industry. Nathan also cultivates relationships with research partners and explores innovations in the research industry, always looking for ways to further strengthen Edge Research’s tools and techniques. He is also responsible for analyzing operational efficiency and identifying ways to streamline firm processes and research operations. Nathan also spearheads the Edge Research internship program.Prior to joining Edge Research, Nathan spent four years leading projects at a boutique research and strategy firm in Chicago, working with clients in the pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods/retail, and home improvement space. Most recently, he oversaw all qualitative project operations and a team of project managers in that role. He has a passion for people and processes and enjoys finding new solutions to make the research process more efficient and user-friendly.
