Coordinate 3rd party inspection and certification Implement, monitor and supervise quality control, welding and Non destructive examination functions to ensure smooth operation of the projects  Overall management of the Field QA/QC personnel  Review vendor and sub-contractors’ procedures, Inspection & test plans, quality documents and ensure compliance with the requirements of relevant specifications and project procedures Prepare Quality Plans, QA Procedures and Inspection and Test Plans  Oversee the review material submitting and method statements submitted by the sub-contractor/vendor to ensure the quality requirements set on the project(s) are met  Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submitting to the client  Initiate periodic review and update quality manual, procedure manual and forms to reflect changes accordingly

The purpose of Measurement point selection system is to provide mathematical measurements that support the building of dimensional validated vehicles, by ensuring that all measurement locations are meaningful, minimal and support root cause path diagnostics. Measurement points are apart of an overall measurement strategy and are custom selected for the measurement system they support. CAD Tool Used – Unigraphics NX 7.59 Roles & Responsibility : Importing of inputs from remote sites through Team center(Measurement Point file, Parts ,GD&T, Checking fixture, MDM, Cutting plane file, open hem file for car exterior panels). Analyzing of sheet metal panel. Creation of measurement points for sheet metal panel (Based on GD&T Call outs). Knowledge sharing about program &techniques with team. Follow -up issues and Manage deliveries. Match check process Creation of match check vectors and attributing them with the tolerances specified in the GDT sheets. EWO process Updating the match check vectors to the new product release and attributing the vectors with the tolerances called out in the GDT sheets. CMM routine process CMM Routines are created for the Assemblies and have coordinated feature label naming at the DTS interfaces, ensuring that all measurement locations are meaningful, minimal, and support root cause path diagnostics.
