To develop CIB Paynow services deals & partnerships. by maintain relationships with the targeted clients for Paynow services "Ecommerce solutions, QR, POS", aiming to maximize cib's share of wallet & profitability.

-Responsible for processing of day to day procedures for Corporate & Retail account opening process.-Ensure that the process flow is smooth & controlled by the CBE and internal QNB guidelines with a coordination with the compliance department for any sensitives cases and KYC enhancement.-Responsible for the daily account opening department suspence account reports to the top managment.-Ensure the internal communication with Branches & Mid-Officers to avoid duplication or pending cases.

-Represent active daily point-of-contact for customers for processing and issue on different bank products.-Handle Relationships with new and less complex individual accounts assigned by RM.-Maintain and Develop "cross-selling" transactions through cultivation of account relationships.-Develop new business from prospects customers by compile and analyzing customer needs.

-Handling Local & international IMPORT collections of all tenors.-Collecting commissions of all types of IMP collections and direct them to the proper tunnel according to the business line client category.- Handling Local & International (SBLC included) IMPORT DC's of all tenors, according to the UCP currently in force.- Following the life cycle of the DC contract from date of opening till release of goods and settlement.-Responsible for the internal communication with Branches ,Mid-Officers , Risk & Business line (Corporate) for the "Pending Cases" as a part of Performance-enhancing plan for the collection team.

- Responsible for the fulfillment of export documentation requirements for shipments originating in Egypt to destinations globally. - Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations. - Arrange the details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports & Transactions of the daily shipments.- Updating the long term Schedule of the arriving Vessels Monthly.- Monitoring & updating the K.P.I “Key performance Indicator” report for the Export Department to the Top Managers.
