Junior Hr Business Partner
CurrentProviding advice across the organisation in relation to operational HR, supporting the HRBP across some of the organisations functions (EventScotland, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, Business Events, Information & Engagement) in an advisory role, guiding line managers with any ER cases, recruitment, and helping both employees and managers understand and implement policies and procedures. Supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle in line with current legislation and organisational procedures, under direction from the HRBP. Full responsibility for the Youth Employment Recruitment Strategy and delivery, including creating innovative bespoke recruitment processes that fit the organisation and candidates needs ensuring we attract the best possible candidates. Responsible for the creation of the programme of activities for both Graduates and MA’s and facilitating these sessions, then evaluating success.
