About Imogen Baker

I am an independent brand insight & strategy specialist with more than 20 years experience in qualitative research and brand planning. My career spans agencies including Hall & Partners London, Kantar TNS and Creighton, Lodge & Knight. I particularly enjoy getting to grips with big, strategic questions – something I've been lucky enough to do for clients including RSPB, Cancer Research UK, YouTube, Instagram and Google.I conduct research in the UK and US and have led research projects in markets including China, India, Russia, South Africa, Malaysia, Japan and the entirety of Western Europe.I work across multiple methodologies including ethnography, co-creation workshops and one-on-one interviews and audiences from adults to kids/teens To quote Mike Hall the founder of Hall & Partners:'It's not just that her work is good - and it's very good indeed - it's her attitude: positive, determined, co-operative and supportive.
