As a National Dance Fitness Presenter, I had the privilege of delivering inspiring masterclasses across the UK, helping fitness instructors infuse creativity and energy into their own sessions. An early highlight of my career was being part of the Nike "Find Yourself in 60 Minutes" Tour, where I had the chance to connect with passionate instructors and like minded individuals in the UK and Ireland to inspire women to discover the joy of movement, fitness and dance.I was also honored to teach on the prestigious stages of the International Fitness Convention at Blackpool Winter Gardens, delivering high-energy dance-fitness sessions to both children and adults. These experiences allowed me to share my love for movement with diverse audiences, creating vibrant, motivating environments that encouraged participants to push their limits and rediscover the joy of fitness.

As a Course Director, I had the privilege of teaching Level 2 and Level 3 CYQ and Active IQ fitness qualifications to both teens and adults. This role allowed me to inspire and equip others with the skills and knowledge to promote fitness and wellbeing, encouraging more people to embrace an active lifestyle every day. It was incredibly rewarding to see my students take on the challenge and become advocates for movement and health in their communities.

During my time at YMCAFit, I had the opportunity to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 CYQ qualifications, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of fitness professionals. My focus was on ensuring that aspiring instructors developed the confidence, skills, and inspiration needed to thrive in the fitness, health, and exercise industry. It was incredibly rewarding to contribute to their growth and see them embrace their roles with passion and dedication, ready to make a positive impact on others’ wellbeing.
