Helped launch Liberty's new LBTY. fragrance range, taking part in exclusive and busy events in November 2023. Delivered highest standard of customer service at all times, including over extremely busy Christmas period.

Worked rapidly and efficiently to tight deadlines, copyediting reports and presentations for consultants, ensuring that language was correct and that all documents conformed to house style.

Keyholder to flagship store in Soho, aiding with smooth running of business and guiding new customers to the brand, while providing immaculate customer service. Undertook research into fragrance development and history, written up into blog posts intended for customer base.

Extensive experience supervising undergraduate students for the English degree at the University of Cambridge. I've taught various seminars focusing on the basics of grammar, close analysis of texts, translation theory, contemporary poetry, the form and history of prose texts in English, amongst other diverse topics. Other teaching has involved the supervision of student second and third year dissertations across twentieth-century and contemporary literature in English.

I worked part-time as a shop assistant for Fantasia, a pop-up vintage store in Cambridge, where duties included greeting and assisting customers, advising on purchases, taking payment and updating stock reports, as well as opening and closing up the shop. Shifts ranged from covering lunch breaks to whole-day instalments; I also helped out at particularly busy periods, such as the Cambridge Mill Road Winter Fair.

As an editorial assistant at Ambit I was responsible for registering and reviewing poetry submissions via the online database Submittable, reporting to the poetry and senior editors, and responding to submissions, as well as editing poems for publication. At editorial meetings I kept notes of accepted poems, managing quotas to ensure that each issue had a balanced selection of poems. During this time I also scouted for and solicited submissions from contemporary poets. At Ambit events I took payment on the door, looked after readers, and helped the evening run smoothly.
