Mixed methods researcher with experience on longitudinal surveys, policy research and communications research. Key topics I have worked on include the Our Black Workforce research, Understanding Societies and the Parent, Pupil, Learner panel.

I was asked to return in my previous role in order to cover for an absence. I aided colleagues in managing workload during the course of SATs, Coronavirus difficulties, Christmas activities and an Inspection to ensure a quality service for all stakeholders.

I worked in a cross-functional team as a school as a Teaching Assistant with Receptionist duties. In both roles I ensured a quality service was delivered to all stakeholders, children, parents and senior management. I took situational responsibility as required when working with children, upset parents and contractors.
