Working as an OSHC educator has been an amazing experience to develop a vast range of skills including behaviour management and interactions with those within school communities.

Having the opportunity to work in the school system is such a rewarding experience. In my short time working at the school, I have learnt a vast range of skills regarding professional development with students and resources.

Being placed at a small rural school on the Fleurieu Peninsula was a wonderful opportunity. I learnt so much from the school’s community and amazing students. I was lucky enough to be a part of the middle primary classroom which had 18 out of the schools 40 students. Being apart of a school this size has taught me more about the inner workings of the.
