Agita Labs deploys zero-trust data sharing technologies to drive data discovery and monetization, while protecting it from an untrustworthy digital world.

- Worked on a project which aims to provide software tools that facilitate loading and working with large datasets in local or cloud environments.- Designed and implemented the website (full stack) using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap.- Developed Google Collabs / Jupyter Notebooks along with further documentation to aid future users of the software tool.- Assisted interns with implementing Continuous Integration on a legacy code base.- Completed a video presentation (available on UChicago CDAC website).

- Screened incoming pediatric patients through MiChart to identify study eligibility.- Surveyed EMS personnel, doctors, fellows, and other medical professionals.- Wrote and edited data collection forms and questionnaires in systems such as Box, Excel, and RedCap.

- Performed card, gift card, and cash handling activities, including making change, cashing out register drawers and securing nightly bank deposits.- Demonstrated leadership by delegating roles to employees and fostering communication between all members of the staff.- Collaborated with kitchen team to support order preparation, manage efficient deliveries and minimize customer service issues by verifying meals while managing the front of house and serving/busing tables.- Checked identification to enforce age regulations for alcoholic beverages. Applied comprehensive knowledge of wine, cider and beer.

- Documented reservations and communicated changes to guests using OpenTable. Took reservations by phone and walk-in, keeping scheduling demands and kitchen output in time to avoid overbooking.- Monitored table turnover to accurately seat customers and keep customers happy.

- Organized and oversaw the planning of a new brochure for the Hematology/Oncology fellowship.- Aided and communicated with members of the Student Research Fellowship in South Africa, Panama, Ghana, etc.- Worked on grant drafts and renewals and created invitee lists for future conferences.

- Planned, modified, and executed research techniques, procedures, and experiments both with a team and alone to understand how empathy affects behavior in rats (Dr. Peggy Mason Lab, Neurobiology Lab).- Conducted wet lab work (rat dissections, blood analysis, adrenal gland removal, prep and analysis, etc.). - Analyzed data and lab samples.
