- Lead on a range of projects following the sale of key DVB business units during 2019. - Responsible for selecting and leading multi-functional teams of up to six in order to meet specific, concurrent project requirements.- During the transfer of Aviation finance - data quality, data transfer, and streamlining the remaining business, and supporting the closure of global offices and transfer of workload to London.- Work on the amortisation of deals, for the purpose of closure of the bank. - Development of a role to continue to work closely alongside the Operational Services teams in the bank (Transaction Management, Client Account, Loan Administration, Business Partner, Insurances and KYC) whilst putting my knowledge of the business to strong use.o Streamlining and improving business processes o Transfer of Shipping Insurances from one department into a new team, to develop the structure and improve strategies to make a more viable and aligned process with aviation insuranceso Automation of Covenants, working alongside the Transaction Management team to streamline and automate this process, all covenants loaded initially into system and emails sent out, including chasers, until TM marks up as received, this reduced the work required by TMs from hours per week, to a few minutes to mark up.- Promoted for knowledge of back office functions and excellent cross department communication skills

- Transferred to Amsterdam to become Transaction Manager for Shipping and Offshoreo Strengthened skills in loan documentation, relationships with relationship managers and direct Client contact for the onboarding of dealso Developed a stronger knowledge for shipping and offshore business, and amendments that would be required for documentation. o Understanding of Norwegian Loan Documentationo Learning and working with dry docking, retentions and other legal aspects- Became Subject Matter Expert for the Shipping and offshore onboarding into the new filing system
