I am an experienced practicing architect and urban designer. I am also an early career researcher. I am passionate about creating equitable built environments, challenging the status quo to build places that promote diversity and inclusion. I am committed to the creation of buildings and cities which go beyond statutory requirements for accessible, inclusive design to create places where all people feel they belong. I have worked in strategic master planning, site and regional analysis, benchmarking and visioning for built environments across a variety of sectors, with users ranging from social enterprises, small private-sector developers to district visioning for government stakeholders. As well as running my own practice, I am currently a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne focussing on Inclusive Workplace Design.
