It Project Management Office Lead
CurrentIn this role, I was responsible for a strategic review of the current development framework and policy and a key deliverable was to implement a secure development framework and SDLC for Healix Group. Additionally, in this role I was responsible for overseeing the delivery of all Group development roadmaps (managing x4 development streams with separate stakeholders, business analysts and development teams). As part of this role, I have gathered considerable experience of managing large group budgets and have been responsible for reporting quarterly budget objectives to the CIO. In this role, I am also required to meet all external audit obligations for the ISMS team, as well as representing Healix Group at audit to external auditors (client, ISO 27001 etc). This has enabled me to remain current on Information Security policy and trends and I work closely with our compliance team as part of this. This role also requires me to ensure that the strategic direction of each Healix Group entity is being met through the development team: each fiscal year has had an objective (standardisation, efficiency, dynamic response, future proofing). As part of this, I have needed to present documented project scopes to the Board. During this period, I recommended and lead the implementation of a new project management framework moving the business towards a dynamic/agile approach. Developed strong working relationships with board and C-suite teams. Seen as a business critical communicator.
