Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the implementation of the company Visual Merchandising strategy for The North Face, Vans & Reef in the UK & Ireland.Managing and training a full time and freelance team of regional visual merchandisers.Managing the UK budget allocation for wholesale vm campaigns and freelance support.Overseeing and co-ordinating our working relationship with a freelance VM agency to ensure the effective delivery of our key campaigns.Key achievements:As the company has grown in the UK I have been instrumental in setting up our working relationship with a freelance agency to deliver our seasonal campaigns. Developing Visual Merchandising training days for UK retail managers, in store vm's and agency staff.Overseeing and ensuring a strong delivery of vm standards for UK and European new store openings.As our store numbers and brand portfolio has grown in the UK, I have taken the lead in developing the vm support structure and ensuring the effective scheduling and delivery of this support. The development of a strong and motivated team.

I worked with a number of Homes & Interiors publications in London, including World of Interiors, Period Living and Ideal Home. I worked as a stylist and assistant stylist for photographic interior design features. I also worked on various product catalogues for companies such as M&S, Not On The High Street and Next.Further to this I helped with the set up and styling of the press show events for Tesco and B&Q.
