-General management of clinical staff and appointments-Stock control and ordering of all consumables/products for 3 practices-All duties required in opening new practices and expanding the company-Social media and advertising management for all platforms; Facebook/Instagram/radio/ flyers/ school fetes etc. -Organisation of orthodontic seminars and patient nightsFront desk duties; booking appointments, profit and loss reports, answering phones, emails, files, audits, payments, payment plans, end of month reports, recalls, health care letters/claims, hicaps claims etc.-Chair side assisting to Lead Orthodontist (owner)-Treatment coordination including; overseeing new patient appointments, treatment plans and payment plans-Support to other associate Orthodontists as required-Experienced with assisting in all areas such as - Bandings, Debands, Removable Appliances, Twin Block, Invisalign, impressions, photos, Itero Scans etc.-Indirect bonding templates and lab work; bonded retainers, essix retainers-Preparing patient for adjustments- un-tieing, re-tieing, changing wires, trimming wires etc. -Training all new clinical staff joining practice-Patient notes and record taking-Impression taking and Intraoral Photos-Oral hygiene presentations/discussions patients-Maintenance and repairs of all equipment- hand pieces, dental chairs, autoclaves, dental units etc.-Implementing sterilisation duties and tracking-Creating MSDS for practice products-PA duties (as required) for lead Orthodontist- moving, lunches, phones calls, appointment making, diary management etc.
