My responsibilities in this role are to deal with internal and external customer queries, process expenses and invoices, conduct bank reconciliations, communicate with suppliers regarding statement updates, and ensure costs are correctly coded.

My duties in this role were to; answer customer calls in a friendly and polite manner, process orders and arrange refunds, returns and collections, upsell, and encourage customers to join the MyLakeland loyalty club, answer customers’ product queries, and ensure the product will meet the customer’s needs.

My responsibilities were to conduct credit control for the Leeds branch, and legacy debtusing the Sage financial system. I performed credit checks on companies wishing to open a credit account and set up new customer accounts, conducted sales invoicing, and reviewed and monitored employees expense accounts and credit card statements.

My duties in this role were to verify payments had cleared into the company bank accounts, conduct bank reconciliations of office and client accounts, make payments to courts, clients, barrister's chambers and other agencies. I prepared bills and letters to clients, including warning letters and negotiated payments and arrangements with difficult clients. I used Proclaim to run reports identifying money owed to the company. I calculated the cost of work incurred on legal matters, produced the bill of costs and posted transactions on to ledgers. I dealt with the nominal accounts on Proclaim and ensured paper record of invoices was organised and kept up to date.
