Within this role I had to interact with customers, ensuring they are content with the food and drink they have received. I had to confirm customers identification whilst conforming to food and beverage regulations

My responsibilities included till work, which required positive and coherent communication with all customers. Being able to work collectively with a team is crucial for this role, I had to remain calm within a fast-paced working environment and demonstrate my attention to detail when faced with everyday tasks.

Working as a team, the whole department aims to upsell and meet targets for the company, as well as, achieving a positive and friendly first meeting with customers.
