UK HR Change Team. HR Lead on a number of claims transformation projects. Including the outsourcing of our motor engineering unit and the off-shoring of our express claims to a new provider and setting up of centres of excellence within Zurich in Glasgow and Birmingham with hubs in other locations. Actioned in a number of phases with c 300 people being put at risk.
