I am a hardworking and reliable individual who is self-motivated and driven. I have developed a broad range of transferrable skills and an ability to adapt to different environments. I have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and understand the importance of active listening. Subsequent to volunteering both at the Care Home and St. John Ambulance, my emotional intelligence has developed so that I am empathetic and supportive of others, which in turn enables me to work more effectively both as part of a team and individually, giving me the skills to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the job as required. Through continuing to work whilst studying, I have developed advanced time management skills, prioritising to ensure deadlines are met, thus making me responsible and dependable. I am able to plan and coordinate, problem solving if necessary, using analytical and critical thinking whilst always displaying an attention to detail.
