Agent Academy is an opportunity to help young people break into the digital, tech and creative industries. I am part of the 2023 winter cohort, aiming to find my place and passions in the world. - Currently working collaboratively under a live client brief, embarking on a quest to get young people invested in green careers- Carrying out quantitative and qualitative research- Networking with business leaders and other young professionals in the city- Learning how to apply my real-world skills in the world of tech, digital and creative sectors

- Fostered and maintained relationships with both regulars and new climbers- Managed and maintained dense calendars with varied categories of events- Led coaching sessions and developed teaching plans

- Managed a heavy caseload through a specialised computer system while remaining liaising with other teams and companies. - Handled financial and personal information with confidence.- Formed relationships with outside companies in order to smooth the working processes.

- Took on more back-of-house roles; such as admin, record keeping, and data input & compilation.- Shadowed logistics, scheduling and invoice workings.- Involved in sustainable solutions and Social Impact initiatives.- Supervised other staff members & volunteers, and ensured a high level of standards. - Acted as the company on Social Media. - Ran communications via phone, email and in person to ensure customer satisfaction and the conveyance of correct information. - Formatted questionnaires to aid with data collection and statistics.- Created in depth and valuable End of Year social impact reports for the CIC
