I am currently working at East West Rail as Operational Change Programme Manager, managing projects focused on building capability in the business as well as organisational development, developing leadership, relationships and culture. My strengths lie in seeing the big picture, programme management and process building/assuring, team and people management and the supervising and running of high profile and high pressure work as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement and management. BA in Pol IR and French and an MA in European Union Studies. Joined the public sector in Investigations. I developed from investigator to lead investigator and an Operations Team Leader in police misconduct investigations. Moved to a different part of the Civil Service and a newly created organisation as a Lead Investigator in trade remedies investigations, managing the conduct of investigations into anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, before taking on a senior leadership role as Head of Investigations.
