I am a passionate, kaupapa-driven leader who respectfully challenges traditional of ways of working within health and social care systems to deliver better outcomes. My mahi is guided by my belief in the capacity of whānau and communities to self-determine, my deep commitments to equity and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, my knowledge of social policy and social justice issues, and my lived experience of whakapapa to Kāi Tahu and māmā to a vibrant 2 year old called Ezra Aratai. I offer expertise in project and programme management, consulting and strategy, co-design and service design, policy development, commissioning and te reo Māori me ngā tīkanga.
