To carry out this work I have become proficient at using:- Compound, stereo, confocal and scanning electron microscopes- X-ray microtomography - Microtome/ ultra-microtomes- Analytical tools such as FT-IR and X-ray microfluorescenceI used LIMS and CRM systems extensively and am proficient in IMS for imaging and Fiji software for particle size/distribution analysis.I worked to both GMP and UKAS standards.
