• Retailer interface for the UK private label business supporting Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi to grow within the grocery sector.• Oversaw all chilled new product introduction from concept to launch (typically 70 products per annum). • Served as the main point of contact for our customers, liaising with all functions on new product inductions and value engineering projects to ensure alignment and the achievement of commercial objectives.Headed up the New Product Development department for Poole and Spalding Bakeries which included a team of 12 individuals comprising chefs, product & process development technologists and project managers.Managed every stage of the NPD process, which included agreeing project scope and creation of first-stage concepts, recipe development, costings, collation of data, packaging validation and launch.

• Supported the Contract Operations team to manage the 3rd party network of suppliers for the European Business ensuring product quality met specification and capacity requirements could meet demand.• Conducted regular site visits to develop and strengthen long-term professional relationships as well as ensuring the commercial objectives of both businesses were met. • Facilitated research of new suppliers and made introductions, scoped out capabilities and found solutions to widen Kellogg's portfolio of products.

Following a successful University placement year with Dairy Crest, I was invited back to cover a period of maternity leave and support the NPD team with the development of new products.
