• Manage supplier relationships, identify key strategic supplier partnerships, and identify supplier consolidation opportunities.
• Create purchase orders from approved requisition and issue to suppliers, ensuring pricing, terms and conditions accuracy in accordance with purchasing procedures.
• Implement new processes and improvements to existing procurement procedures for efficacy.
• Attends meetings as assigned of direct manager, vendors for the purpose of conveying gathering information required to perform job functions.

The link between the Egyptian and Moroccan management and follow up all the purchase orders of the company and contracts and follow up all the company's business with banks and insurance company and the transport company and supply companies.. And prepare financial reports and analysis.. Follow-up financial accounts.

• Generates and follows up on exception message reports, including rescheduling in, rescheduling out, and canceling. > Responsible for purchase in sales team
• Responsible for Purchase Order receipt follow-up.
• Generates and follows up on outstanding order report/ expediting
• Responds to urgent expedites in a timely manner.
• Follows up with purchasing reports.
• Weekly report generation complete with system filing and organizing.
