- Lead project team definition and aligning project team behind common project objectives- Orchestrate all functions and markets involved in the project to coordinate timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones and ensure project is progressing as planned- Drive definition of Innovation profile and gap assessment in order to build the critical path- Lead Key Success Criteria definition with project team, challenging KSC with an unbiased view to assure speed and get validation from Decider(s)- Drive timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow- Drive Opportunity and Risk Management and escalating critical issues to Decider(s)- Evaluate scope change requests, evaluating impact and get them approved or rejected- Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Deciders

- Support new product (product change) implementation for operations - Represent commercial requirements to technical side and vice versa related to new products or product changes- Maintain and improve internal NPD process in alignment with cross-functions and regional expectations - Develop project plans, cost estimates and associated documents for NPD projects based on Marketing requests in agreement with responsible functions- Coordinate feasibility study completion with relevant parties- Liaise about progress of various tasks of the projects with different functions and highlight decisions required, potential problems or delays- Coordinate new packaging material development with suppliers (design submission, first production, technical solution, legal text expectations, etc.) - On demand, attend first production of new packaging materials at suppliers - Support testing / tasting process related to new products / product changes by organizing samples when required - Analyze and understand impact of project timeline or scope changes and flag potential issues (cost, timeline or technical solution impact) - Articulate relevant trade-offs related to NPD project changes and communicate outcome to stakeholders

-Coordinate new product development processes, particularly when the projects are in initialization and concept recommendation phase. Ensure through co-ordination of the NPD projects that the company can meet and exceed the NPD projects and tenders requirements.-Lead the NPD projects to the local teams (especially if any development).-Liaise with the procurement, product and packaging development on new development of recipes, specifications and packaging (logistic).-Liaise with supply chain and production to support implementation of new products or change requests and support LLC calculations, furthermore support finance to provide them information for NPD TP calculations.-Develop and improve NPDW (NPD workflow) electronic system, report system bugs.

-Participate in microbilogical measurements of human food and pet food working cooperatively with laboratory technicians. -As daily rutine prepare samples for microbilogical trials and for PCR and other experiences-Do cell-counting and arrange the linked administrative issues. On the whole I supported microbiological lab technicians’ work, but I also had a chance to found out how an analytical-microbiological laboratory works which I consider benefical for me.
