My job is to manage the development and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures, and programs for all the activities we implement throughout the business, including marketing, sales, and customer service. It also includes recruiting and training staff. Our goal is to improve profitability and growth while maintaining a strong sense of community involvement and public outreach in our neighborhoods through volunteer work, board services, and event-related organizations as well.
