* Client portfolio management and insurance advisory services in terms of quotations, renewals and other requests.* Handle the renewal process including negotiation with insurers/clients and completion of renewals/placements.* Preparation of documents relating to transacted business.Identify and develop new business opportunities where possible and improve renewal ratio.* Gather market studies and/or feedbacks and take necessary action.Establish high-level prospect relationships, maintain close relationships with customers and partners through dedicated and excellent service.* Carry out any other duties as assigned when required.* Reporting to the regional coordinator in Lagos

• Work with management and others to develop and implement operational/administrative management policies and procedures.• Ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization• Coordinates training deliveries, including organising and leading training events outside the training center.• Responsible for implementing and monitoring comprehensive administrative services, including budget and finance, purchasing and procurement of supplies and other services as specified by the management.• Responsible for Ensuring the provision of the highest standards of professional customer service to clients at all levels through effective customer interfaces and through timely and appropriate responses to customer enquiries.

• Assist in providing economic empowerment through skill acquisition and vocational training for women and youths towards growth and poverty alleviation.• Assist in developing advocacy plan and also visiting stakeholders to enlist support, effect policy and budget.• Assist in conducting baseline studies/ formulative research and community diagnoses to identify health issues and seek intervention of stakeholders.• Assist in creating awareness on STI, HIV/AIDS, OVC, TB, Malaria, Breast/Cervical cancer and other non- communicable diseases.
