• Plan, Implement, and maintain systems and perform day-to-day administrative tasks.• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.• Integration with other systems and applications interconnection.• Test and verification - to define integration and test plans and procedures.• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or hardware issues.• Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases, tuning, backup and recovery planning, provides technical support to application development teams.• Designing, Implementing & Testing of Replication Systems between Main and DR site.* Administrating below systems with fully administrative privileges to cover day to day needs: • VMware Sphere components (VCenter server & SRM)• Citrix Xen App administrative consoles (Studio,Directory,Delivery Controller & Storefront) and support all of it for existing configuration & any modification later on such as creating new machine catalog, new delivery groups & new applications on it. • VERITAS NetBackup 8.1.2 as Backup solution with administrating all backup cycle starting from initializing backup policies based on assigned HP StoreOnce Catalyst, duplicating backup on different TL media and then replicating to different site.• HP 3PAR Administration for main site and monitoring remote copy groups for replicating its data to DR site.• Microsoft System Administration for DC,AD,DHCP,DNS,WSUS,File Servers.• Managing all windows servers 2008, 2012 & 2016 and preparing new servers based on product requirements.• HP Blade Enclosures Administration.• Monitoring part of SQL DBs of some applications.• Administrating for some critical products such as SWIFT system, Internet Banking,Customer Signatures system and part of other Banking applications.

* Providing second level support through Active Directory administration & Citrix administration.o Creating new users,printers,scanner and shared folder .o Managing DNS & DHCP.o Managing relationship between all applications and Active Directory.* Providing 2nd level support for Citrix environment .o Monitoring Citrix Desktop & Application servers.o Installing New software on Citrix servers .o Publishing new Citrix servers.* Administrating all Bank Audi`s systems & Applications.

Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfillment on the Service Desk. Configure hardware and software environment, incorporating all system components and inter-connectivity both internally and to other computer platforms.* Research and evaluate innovative hardware and software technology solutions to enable IT Operations to provide resilient and cost effective services, Guarantee data/media recoverability by managing the scheduling of system backups and database archive operations.

*Was responsible for installing ADSL service at cutomer end for first time through visit or via phone.

Responsible for supporting All Vodafone & Etisalat mobile sites at Sohag by providing periodic maintenance and solving all issues at the site.
